By eliminating the traditional figure of the General Contractor, the client establishes a direct contractual relationship with the suppliers, being able to select those that are of greater benefit.

Technical Consulting
We provide the Technical Advisory service in any of the phases of the construction process, Administration, Supervision and Work Control, from cost estimation, project review, cost control, to final delivery to the client.
Due Diligence
Technical analysis of a real estate asset, which allows validating from its functionality to compliance with regulations, assessing the cost of adapting to them or verifying its final adjustment to the specifications agreed at the beginning of the project.
Architecture, Engineering and Urban Design
Working hand in hand with our clients, at CORZZUA PROJECT MANAGEMENT we collaborate effectively in the identification, analysis, and management of opportunities for the development of Projects from Architecture, Engineering and Urban Design. Offering a complete service from the initial consulting, development advice, through the design of the operation and its management, implementing a Fast-Track construction system, to save time in the completion of projects.

Owner's Representative
An owner´s representative is hired by a Project owner to represent them throughout the development process, including site selection, design, entitlements, permitting, and construction. The owner’s representative acts as a liaison and ensures that the owner’s best interests are carried out.
The owner’s representatives have the task of – monitoring- not managing, which is the job of the project manager – various tasks associated with development. Some of these tasks include ensuring that the project scope is carried out on time and within budget. The representative assists with bidding processes, project mitigation, relocations, and much more.
Project owners may lack the time and expertise to perform these tasks themselves, so they hire representatives, who are knowledgeable about the process, to help. Representatives keep in constant contact with the owners and report on project issues and progress.
